Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Manage client relationships and provide weekly recruitment progress updates
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate data and optimize recruitment workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team training initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly hiring targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong analytical abilities for candidate evaluation and market trends
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
