Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placements
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage onboarding processes
- Exceed weekly/monthly placement targets
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record meeting sales/placement metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Ability to thrive in commission-based compensation structure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
