Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across multiple industries including government, tech, and healthcare
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through regular communication
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-job matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding with our applicant tracking system
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly placement targets while maintaining high candidate satisfaction
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, and networking events
- Collaborate with team members to share market intelligence and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
- Knowledge of Washington DC job market and local industry trends preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
