Responsibilities
- Sourcer and pre-screen qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across Texas markets
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Collaborate with clients to define staffing requirements and KPIs
- Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track recruitment metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional service
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of high-volume placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Strong knowledge of Texas job markets and industry trends
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
