Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and candidate satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and Baltimore's job market dynamics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience in Baltimore or Mid-Atlantic region
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
