Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mindset and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for identifying skill gaps in the market and delivering workforce solutions to our clients in El Paso and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of talent for open requisitions.
- Managing client relationships, understanding their hiring needs, and negotiating placement fees.
- Posting job descriptions on multiple platforms and optimizing job ads for maximum visibility.
- Onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
