Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions across various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media, and cold calling.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics.
- Close placements and ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
