Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical and professional talent through advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client requisitions across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments using competency-based frameworks
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close high-placement deals
- Maintain ATS compliance with 98% data accuracy and timely reporting
- Develop strategic client partnerships to identify emerging talent needs
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing techniques and market trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with staffing agency or corporate TA
- Proven track record of 40+ placements annually in competitive markets
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of San Diego's tech ecosystem (biotech, software, cybersecurity)
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and pipeline optimization
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
