Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with local businesses and hiring managers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent acquisition
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless candidate placement experiences
- Meet quarterly KPIs for placements, billings, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales/placement metrics
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Triangle NC job market and local industries
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
