Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse client roles across Milwaukee and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Utilize ATS tools to track candidate pipelines and ensure timely placements
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and talent pools
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize recruitment campaigns
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of direct staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics
- Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
