Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring workflows for efficiency
- Represent Apex Talent Partners at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with staffing agencies or corporate talent acquisition teams
- Proven track record of placing candidates in competitive Los Angeles market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong understanding of local talent landscape across key industries
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment analytics and reporting
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification highly desirable
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
