Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for talent acquisition
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job descriptions
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for improved performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruiting experience required
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and quotas
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville's labor market and industry trends
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CERS certification a plus
