Responsibilities
- Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand their hiring needs.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from requisition to offer acceptance.

- Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years in sales, recruiting, or customer service is preferred, but we train the right attitude.

- Organization: Strong time management skills to handle multiple job orders simultaneously.
