Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Conduct training and orientation for new temporary staff members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or account management (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
