Responsibilities
- Conduct effective phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Screen and manage incoming resumes and applications to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
- Post job openings to various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Coordinate and schedule on-site job fairs and candidate orientations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to identify staffing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
