- Sourced and screened qualified candidates for diverse client roles across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conducted in-depth candidate interviews and assessments using structured methodologies
- Managed full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Leveraged multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry-specific job boards
- Maintained accurate candidate records in our ATS system with 98% data integrity
- Collaborated with account managers to understand client staffing needs and requirements
- Analyzed market trends to inform recruitment strategies and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through advanced Boolean techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex roles to candidates
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong understanding of Seattle's competitive talent landscape and compensation benchmarks
- Ability to prioritize multiple high-volume requisitions in fast-paced environment
