Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and networking events, to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and salary expectations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the background check and onboarding process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and hiring targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
