As a Staffing Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from market research and candidate sourcing to closing offers. Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and networking strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates for various high-demand industries.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to rigorously assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs and deliver top-tier talent solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and track progress meticulously through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process, ensuring competitive compensation packages are delivered to candidates while aligning with client budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, executive recruiting, or sales recruitment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy agency environment.
