Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry placements
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment pipelines for 90-day placement retention
- Represent our agency at Houston job fairs and industry networking events
- Maintain accurate CRM data and ATS compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (50+ placements/year)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid Texas driver's license for client meetings
- Expertise in Houston's oil & gas, healthcare, or tech sectors preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
