Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring professionals at top Bay Area companies
- Update and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate data
- Assist with crafting compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials
- Participate in recruitment events and networking functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
