Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments for diverse industry roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and KPIs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Present weekly reports to leadership on recruitment progress and market trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience or proven sales background
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Nebraska staffing industry knowledge or willingness to obtain certifications
