Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions in manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and professional services
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital sourcing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding coordination
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand evolving staffing requirements
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize multiple high-volume assignments in deadline-driven settings
- Deep knowledge of Memphis job market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
