Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client positions using advanced recruitment tools and platforms
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across key industries
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely onboarding for immediate-start roles

Qualifications
- 1+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple urgent openings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
