Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions across Minneapolis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment pipeline efficiently
- Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate onboarding processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and client companies
- Market job opportunities through digital channels and networking events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professionalism
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Minneapolis job market and local industries preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
