Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open temporary/part-time positions
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with Bay Area employers
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 1+ years in recruitment or staffing coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of California labor laws preferred
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field
- Local Oakland market knowledge a major plus
