Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for temporary and part-time positions across Mesa's key industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system with precision and efficiency
- Build and maintain relationships with local business clients
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Facilitate weekly candidate placement reviews with management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recruitment or customer service experience
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail with data entry accuracy
- Knowledge of Mesa's local business landscape preferred
