Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with Albuquerque-based businesses across healthcare, IT, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms for talent sourcing
- Meet weekly/monthly placement KPIs while maintaining high candidate satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client-candidate matching
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment/staffing experience (agency or corporate)
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and deadlines
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Knowledge of Albuquerque's local job market and key industries
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
