Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary-to-hire, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-person/virtual interviews and assess candidate skills for role alignment
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS system and ensure compliance with staffing regulations
- Market company services to local businesses and expand client partnerships
- Track performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for fill rates
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Louisville job market and local talent pools
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
