Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct candidate assessments and skill evaluations

Qualifications
