Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple job boards, social platforms, and professional networks
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in Fresno's competitive market
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job postings and employer branding content
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing agency experience in Fresno or Central Valley
- Proven track record of filling technical, administrative, and healthcare roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions to candidates and clients
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in offer acceptance rates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client/candidate meetings
