Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards and social media to identify and attract potential talent for local Memphis businesses.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation: Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to succeed in a sales/service role.
- Availability: Must be able to work a full-time schedule.
