Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Manage candidate database and applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Post job openings on multiple recruitment platforms
- Build relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred)
- No prior experience necessary – full training provided
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
