Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate client openings
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize our ATS to track candidates and optimize hiring pipelines
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Onboard new hires and ensure smooth client transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven success in high-volume or urgent hiring environments
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Valid Oregon driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
