Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in immediate hire positions across Milwaukee
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and networking
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
- Represent our agency at career fairs and industry events
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
