Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across diverse industries using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from client intake to candidate placement
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for high-demand technical and non-technical roles
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-culture fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine search strategies

Qualifications
