Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings
- Conduct in-depth interviews to match candidates with perfect-fit roles
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure seamless onboarding
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers across Memphis businesses

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
