Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach to potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networking events.
- Screen and interview applicants to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for various roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accurate information.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events and career fairs within the DC metropolitan area.
- Provide exceptional client service and reporting on recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer-facing roles is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.
- Strong networking abilities and a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20-25 hours per week).
