Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications against job requirements using applicant tracking systems
- Conduct initial candidate phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Post job openings on multiple platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM database
- Assist with recruitment marketing campaigns and job fair preparations
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 6+ months of recruitment, HR, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid Washington driver's license for occasional local travel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
