Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client requirements
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across diverse industries
- Conduct client consultations to understand hiring needs and expectations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for data-driven decisions
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers and HR departments
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in staffing or agency recruitment
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven recruitment approach
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional Recruiter (CPC/SPHR) certification a plus
