Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for diverse client positions within 48-72 hours
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for healthcare, IT, and administrative roles
- Conduct thorough behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for targeted sourcing
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and KPIs
- Maintain accurate ATS records and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS platforms
- Strong knowledge of Tampa Bay's job market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume placements with minimal supervision
