Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate placement
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or sales experience (staffing industry preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
