Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with key hiring managers and industry partners
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to manage candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and recruitment campaigns
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Portland market knowledge strongly preferred
