Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging top-tier talent across diverse industries
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through strategic partnerships
- Conducting candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Utilizing ATS systems to track candidates and job orders
- Analyzing market trends to refine recruitment strategies
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean searches)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional certification (CPSR, CSP) preferred
