Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse client portfolios, including IT, Engineering, and Administrative roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-depth face-to-face interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Track pipeline metrics and KPIs to ensure consistent revenue generation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a staffing agency or corporate recruiting environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple search requisitions simultaneously.
