Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to placement
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with 50+ active partners
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Onboard new hires and ensure seamless integration
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency
- Proven track record placing candidates in Atlanta market
- Expertise in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Georgia staffing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
