Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolios including Fortune 500 companies and local enterprises
- Leverage cutting-edge sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches) to identify passive talent
- Execute targeted outreach strategies via phone, email, and in-person networking events
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-culture alignment
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer acceptance logistics
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation strategies
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with proven placement metrics
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of Wichita's industrial and healthcare sectors
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for client meetings
- Exceptional closing skills with 50+ placements/year track record
