Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors using advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines for both contract and direct-hire placements
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and position requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from screening to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track metrics
- Represent our agency at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in Atlanta's competitive market
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Strong interview assessment and behavioral evaluation skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
