Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct engaging phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers and hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to find top talent
- Document candidate information and maintain accurate records in our ATS
- Collaborate with team members to meet monthly placement targets

Qualifications
