Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions across various industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers through personalized communication
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS system and ensure timely follow-up
- Conduct job fairs and networking events to expand talent pools
- Document recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records
- Contribute to team goals by meeting weekly/monthly placement targets
Qualifications

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
