Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Conducting in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical proficiency
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilizing ATS platforms and social recruiting tools to expand candidate reach and engagement
- Analyzing market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
- Developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive Dallas market
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of closing high-volume roles across multiple industries
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven recruitment metrics
- Active SHRM-CP or CPC certification preferred
